We currently ship our products across select locations in India. Availability of delivery services depends on the shipping address entered during checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom cakes and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery timelines accordingly.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • For Lucknow and Kanpur, delivery will be as per the delivery time slot selected.

  • For courier orders, delivery will be as per the shipping partner’s policies.

  • Courier delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on the location.

  • Same-day delivery: Available for select products and locations. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Charges vary based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Express shipping: Additional charges apply.

  • Free shipping: Available for orders above a specified amount (subject to promotions and conditions).

5. Shipping Policies

  • Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage.

  • All shipment policies apply as per the selected delivery slot.

  • Requested delivery times are non-binding, and estimated delivery times depend on product availability and the destination.

  • Delivery may take longer due to:

    • Bad weather

    • Political disruptions

    • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • Hand-delivered products cannot be shipped along with courier products.

6. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery only once.

  • If the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer will still be charged, and no re-delivery will be possible.

  • Orders will be considered executed in the following cases:

    • Wrong shipping/delivery address

    • Recipient not available

    • Premises locked

    • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

  • If the recipient is unavailable, they may instruct the delivery person to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor.

  • Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any disputes.

  • Deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays for products that are delivered by hand.

  • If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery, the order will not be considered late, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.

7. Courier Policies

  • Orders shipped via third-party courier services such as Blue Dart are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates; orders may arrive a day earlier or later than expected.

  • Courier partners do not make prior calls before delivery. Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the given address.

  • Courier deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the origin.

  • Perishable items like cakes and flowers are delivered only once. If delivery is not successful, no re-delivery or refund will be issued.

8. Event Shipping Policies

  • For wedding and ceremony orders, delivery to the bride or groom cannot be assured, but efforts will be made to hand over the order to a responsible host member.

9. Hostel Shipping Policies

For deliveries to hostels, PGs, cantonments, or enclosed premises, customers must provide:

  • Hostel name

  • Full address

  • Recipient’s phone number

  • Hostel phone number

  • Recipient’s room number

The recipient must collect the order from the gate or send someone on their behalf. If left at the reception, the order will be considered executed.
