Can I place an order online?
Yes! You can place an order through our website for pickup or delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets at our stores and online payments for website orders.
Can I customize my cake or bakery item?
Absolutely! We offer customization on cakes, cookies, and other bakery items. Please place your order 24-48 hours in advance for custom requests.
Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery.
What are your store hours?
Our stores are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Store hours may vary on public holidays.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Lucknow & Kanpur: As per the selected time slot.
Other locations (Courier orders): As per the courier partner’s policies.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
How do I request a refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
How far in advance should I place a bulk order?
We recommend placing bulk orders at least 5-7 days in advance.
